Metallic before printing and a UV drip off application are enhancing this powerful wave. Before printing, a UV silver coating was applied to the green waters and parts of the background. Having printed, we used a UV drip off primer from the ink duct (foam crown). Out of the coating unit, this was followed by the full area application of a UV gloss coating (UV drip off).
The energy of a wave usually comes from the wind. When there is strong wind on the water surface, water particles begin to move. This movement spreads further and further. As a so-called swell, waves often travel hundreds of kilometers from their point of origin to the coast. Cosmic forces like the moon also play a role in wave formation. Like a large magnet, it attracts the water masses of the oceans.
